- Perform accurate material and labor take-offs with the ability to thoroughly navigate scope of work specifications.
- Ability to prepare estimates and meet bid deadlines.
- Solicit pricing from vendors and sub-contractors.
- Project management consists of budgeting, billing, and job costing.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in relevant field.
